The study of complex movement and airflow analysis combines intricate form and sculpted surfacing to push the boundaries of machining to new heights. The introduction of "live" 5-axis machining and custom-made cutting tools allow the three turbine blades to be gracefully carved from G5 Military Spec. aerospace-grade titanium. As air accelerates through the specifically designed front-intake, the three turbines (mounted on six high-speed precision bearings) spool-up and come to life, providing a direct insight into the inner-workings of air travel. Each piece is individually serial numbered to assure its place in history.
